Thanks to MarK at Fall Creek Military Collectibles, great guy great dealer, and I think a great helmet. I know it's been on the forum before but it's mine now and had to put it up one more time.

The pics with the red background are from Mark's site the rough shots are from my wife and here cell phone. Clearly Mark is a better photographer. :)

Here is Marks write up:

Retains most of its original finish and is complete with original liner and chinstrap. It has the insignia of the 83rd Division etched on the front and is named inside to J. E. Lust, Co. K. who served as a mechanic in Co. K, 329th Infantry, 83rd Division with the AEF from June 12, 1918 to January 31, 1919. He was from Bucyrus, OH. Not often do you find an experimental helmet that was actually issued and worn in France and in excellent condition.

I've been away so long, I feel like a newbie!

I've picked up a few Admirals, and Generals groups, a great valor group from the Battle of the Bulge, a few really nice single medals. Add to that a great Wilson Combat .45, and a couple of AR's.

Is time to stop for awhile!! :)

Thanks, but the pic is almost 19 years old now. The little duffer in the lid is taller than I am now and quite the young man, no longer my little buddy boy :(
