1864 Shoulder Straps for Officers

Some very nice shoulder straps. thumbsup.gif

 

Here is a set of odd ball straps that I have had for years. I presume them to be Staff officer Volunteer Militia straps as the background is black but I have never seen another pair.

 

Opinions are welcome.

Sarge,

 

These little strap looking devices are attachments to for the Spanish War Veteran's Association Medal. There was a great article in JOMSA a few years back.
