Unusual Bring back from a Navy Chaplain

I found this in the personal effects I recently received from the service of Captain Eugene Kapalczynski, USN Chaplain Corp. He was a chaplain aboard the USS Tennessee and served aboard the ship during occupation duty. Apparently he was given the opportunity to tour some of the occupied areas of Japan including Yokosuka and Osaka. and met Vice Admiral Oka. This appears to be an autograph / signature card given to Chaplain "K" by the Admiral when he visited Osaka. I have been told to expect a couple of more such cards in another group of material. I wish I had the full story on this one as it is a unique souvenir to bring back.
