101st One Piece Cut Edge Patch- Need Identification Please

I obtained this one years ago from a dealer as a WW2 one piece cut edge. I would like to sell the patch in the cloth section but will not do so until I can get an ID that it is first of all a original WW2 patch and second what type it would be considered.I have checked with a blacklight and there is no glow.Help appreciated.

I would ID it as a Type 10, possibly WWII although they were produced into the 1960's.

Thanks Ski for the input. Should have checked the trigger time eagle patch section first but wanted to put up a pic anyway.I can see that it is a grey area because the patch was made in WW2 and after so I cannot in good faith sell it as a WW2 patch based on this. Thanks again for the help.
