"GREETINGS & SALUTATIONS!" In 1918 Colonel Dion Williams, U.S.M.C., wrote "ARMY & NAVY UNIFORMS & INSIGNIA" which has chapters on the insignia and uniforms of the United States Arm ed Forces, those of foreign nationsm and charitable uniformed organizations like the American Red Cross who wore a uniform much like those worn by our soldiersm but with A.R.C. badges and insignia. ENJOY! (Pages 292 and 293. thumbsup.gif )
