Normandy1944 Posted January 11, 2013 Share #1 Posted January 11, 2013 A few days ago, I made this little diorama fro one of my little brothers. It's a jagdpanther tank cruising through the forest of the Bulge. There are some fallschirmjäger looking for a spotted GI.I named the diorama: 'Wo sind die Amerikaner'.I hope you like it.If you have some tips or suggestions, feel free to post them. vmfa314 Posted January 13, 2013 Share #2 Posted January 13, 2013 It looks good, but a Jagdpanther would not have been painted grey. 1943 saw the change over to Dark Yellow as the base color and red brown and dark green could be used as Camo colors. So Dark Yellow with a white wash would be a better color option for a bulge vehicle. Also the glacis plate would not have a Balkenruze only the sides. A black wash then drybrushing would really pop out the details of the vehicle. If they are still available I recommend Squadron's Panzers in color 1,2 and 3 as a must for anyone doing ww2 german armor. Mack

I have a Panther G in those colours, but I am going to use that for my hedgerow hell diorama with the 29th.
