"Victory" Model Army .45

Recommended Posts

Here are two separate purchases--a "Victory" Model Army .45 by Hubley and the matching box. The gun is made from a composite material called "wood plastic" and is quite fragile. Reminds me of a charcoal briquette! Because of the fragile nature, these composite guns were quickly and easily broken. Might be there are more surviving boxes!

I have one like yours. You are correct they are fragile. When my dad was a boy he had one and as the story was told he left it outside.During the night it rained and his .45 turned to pulp.Very nice to have the original box. twothumbup.gif
