vintageproductions Posted December 29, 2012 Share #1 Posted December 29, 2012 I don't usually pay attention to 50's wings but this one caught my eye. Engraved on the back is MARCH 1954 I'LL ALWAYS .... DARLING MAC. Can't clearly make out the one word below I'll. Still a nicely engraved wing. vintageproductions Posted December 29, 2012 Author Share #4 Posted December 29, 2012 Patrick, these came out of Long Beach last month. I don't know why I even asked to look at them, but something said to look.

That is great Bob, I always check out every wing I see. Ron Burkey told me once that he does the same, because you never know when you will find an engraved wing or a "From Official Dies" marked wing. John Cooper Posted January 1, 2013 Share #7 Posted January 1, 2013 Very nice... and I agree with Patrick about checking every wing out. I was lucky enough to find a beautiful Navy wing engraved in 1959. Cheers and Happy new year!
