History Damaged While National Guard Helped Others During Hurricane Sandy

Recommended Posts

One of our AAMUC members works for the New Jersey National Guard museum and sent me the following link on the aftermath of Hurrican Sandy and its effect on the museum. Because of the damage, the museum is closed until further notice. Here is one photo from the following news article on the damage. I hope they are able to rebuild. (Mods, if this should be posted in misc, please move)

"If its ugly, nasty, grunge work, I’ll be the first one in there doing it so that everybody else sees..."

Curators are born, not made.

In this case, it would be accurate for me to say, "I know what he means."

Thank you for this report.
