Sgt BARney, That's the best yet, I did the FREAK OUT when I first seen it, I guess youse guys just dug it, and it was not used yet :lol:.

Patches - Yep, we had just finished digging the hole and set the "two holer" on it. The guy in the hole said he was going to use the picture in his Christmas cards that year. This was in 1983 at Cabanatuan in the Philippines. It is (or was at the time) an active Philippine Army base. Cabanatuan was the destination of the infamous Bataan Death March during the Japanese occupation in WW2.

A lot of details in this photo, but the boys are definitely goofing around on occupation duty in Maxain Germany, May 1919. An unknown 1st Division artillery crew about to dump their man in the Saynbach

River.
