American Graffiti Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1829 Posted March 3, 2021 Made in Okinawa by 'Okinawa Maids', zip front with press stud pockets hmmm wonder what it could be, flight suit? Souvenir jacket? Looks good AG
Soar Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1830 Posted March 3, 2021 Flightsuit? Feel like that label looks familiar from somewhere - its not one of the Flight Wear labels is it?
Soar Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1831 Posted March 3, 2021 Didn't see you post @American Graffiti Haven't seen Okinawa Maids labeled garments before. Haven't now!

American Graffiti Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1833 Posted March 3, 2021 Thats what the label looks like to me, Ive had one or two of their tiger pieces before. Don't think this is a flight suit, but certainly not your normal average garment cut, zip and pocket configutation etc
kammo-man Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1834 Posted March 3, 2021 All from the Atlanta hoard 5 plus years ago I cut some loose to Japan and bits show up now and again.
American Graffiti Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1835 Posted March 3, 2021 Love it 'the Atlanta hoard' so this one has a zip front and poppers instead of buttons? Nice, what I wouldn't give to find a hoard like that Thanks for showing O

American Graffiti Posted March 3, 2021 Share #1838 Posted March 3, 2021 Super dead chalk marks and all, love where they moved the top flap lower. That print and cloth is great, same as the Okinawa Maids piece I used to have, the skull had a stethoscope because the owner was a doctor. A nice modified "over the fence" jacket, as I am sure you all know thesis a rare beast... this was custom tailored by SIG veteran Robert A. Bradow along with his 1-0 vest. I have his badge team jacket and beret on the way so will pos that too... its not Tiger though! and the vet (Robert A. Bradow) wearing the shirt post war, and his modified 1-0 vest as well. http://www.modernforces.com/uniforms_Bradow_Modified_Tiger.htm Paul, The shirt Not is a post war. it is a Tiger Stripe Modified Cross Border shirt used by Robert A. Art M Posted March 18, 2021 Share #1846 Posted March 18, 2021 Hello everyone, Been reading this topic for some time now without ever really partaking. A couple of days ago I took my first baby steps and purchased off eBay these lightweight late war silver pattern, or so I think. (I couldn’t wait to have it in my hands and take the photos myself to show you so I used eBay seller’s pictures, as it is mine now anyways, I hope it’s no issue otherwise I’ll take them down)
