Hi to all!

A (stupid) question:

All period tiger striped cloth was print with the silkscreen methods?

Because seems to me a very complicated old way to print fabric. Fabric with a so complicate drawing!

Since WWII german used to make his camos in roll printed way.

Anybody knows something?

Thanks in advance!

It was printed on rollers.

It's no mystery

Some was screen printed.

That's also no mystery

It's not rocket science

That's wasn't a mystery I could imagine also by myself.

Simply I didn't know.

What I know instead is that someone could reply kindly and others are not be able...

even this is not a mystery and it doesn't need particular scientists.

Thanks a lot

Ok, forget the misunderstanding...

Could you kindly tell me what are the silkscreened patterns and the printed ones?

Best, Tiger

… Or better… I'm mostly interested on the way of printing of these pattern:

(I know they some of you refuse the 'Johnson dictionary', but for a better understanding I will use!)

- John Wayne Sparse, JWD, JWC

- Zig pattern

- Thai Tadpole pattern

- Vertical pattern

A beer to whom will resolve the problem!!!

Many, many thansk in advance, Tiger

Don't know about what patterns were rolled or screened but I was digging through my pile of Tiger boonies and I found a nice used Tiger boonie in a specific pattern. I thought I had only one like this and I found 3. All made identical, black cotton lining ,white size tags and grommets not through the lining. I think they are multiplying while I had them packed away. I think I'll pack them away more often.

What I see is a Japanese pattern, a Okinawa pattern and a Thai pattern. The Japanese prints were done on rollers, can't say for the Thai pattern.
