A question of value. American 105 with fuse and casing.

I have a chance to buy a 1941 dated 105mm M14 round with the projectile and fuze. I have no idea what this thing is worth, nor does the guy selling it. We both want to come to a fair price, so and advice is greatly appreciated. I'd love to put this monster next to my other rounds!

The condition is fairly nice, the brass has nice even patina. the only real issue is that the body of the shell has a thin coating of oxidation (which is understandable). It looks like something that would clean up nice with a little oil though.

What do you think?

Thanks folks!

-Todd
