CNY Militaria Posted November 6, 2012 Share #1 Posted November 6, 2012 I picked up a few dog tags in one buy yesterday. Some interesting ones in here with research too. Mostly Army, some AAF, Some USMC, a number of USN, WAC, Nurses, D-Day Medical Team Member, Korean War Marine, Tank Destroyer and more. This will take time to sort through!Justin

CNY Militaria Posted November 6, 2012 Author Share #5 Posted November 6, 2012 I did all of the cursory research I could do with internet databases, Google, NARA and a few sites. Wonder if I should do a mass NPRC send off for each one and hope to get lucky?

CNY Militaria Posted November 19, 2012 Author Share #9 Posted November 19, 2012 There is a nice KW USMC tag in there that I was able to find a unit yearbook snapshot of. Otherwise the prize was 2 sets of 2 dog tags to a D-Day Medic that I found some history on with regards to his team's landing on Omaha.
