Is this USMC poster old?

It sure is beat up. The corners have been cut off. It is attached to a piece of carboard with staples. And it is dog-eared. But is it old? About how old?

This poster is anywhere from the 60s on, it was done by Charles Waterhouse, a prolific artist of Marine and Naval Battles, he also did now and again recuting type posters, see links.
