Numbered New Mexico National Guard 100% Drill Attendance Medal Question

I recently found a New Mexico National Guard 100% Drill Attendance Medal that was numbered on the back. Does anyone know if that number is traceable? Was there a certain time frame that these medals were numbered? Thanks!

I've never seen a document or any info from the New Mexico National Guard relating to the numbering. In the mid-1960s, the Adjutatnt General's office sold medals to the collecting community engraved "Collector" on the reverse. Those pop up regularly in the market.

 

There are very few states that have published data about medal nad badge numbering. New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts are the major exceptions, and those rolls are only for specific medals.
