Morman, wife Lucille, some time in 1944, Morman was 1st Sergeant of Headquarters Battery, 914th Field Artillery Battalion, 89th Infantry Division, of note is the wearing of the garrison Belt by him at this late date, no doubt to give a more stylish appearance. Lara, and her new husband George Bagley, Bagley, and African American from Shelton, Connecticut., served for 22 years, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 2, one of those long serving NCOs who got promoted to Warrant. patches Posted October 14, 2021 Share #134 Posted October 14, 2021 I was trying to find a wedding photo of early 70s-early 80s Pittsburgh Steeler Great Franco Harris' parents, but no dice, he, Franco, is the son of a African American GI, Cad Harris, and an Italian War Bride, Gina Parenti, though Franco was born years after the war, at Fort Dix New Jersey in March 1950, his Father evidently reenlisted a few times, no idea if he went for the 20-30 year hitch. Spencer was a C-47 Pilot with the 7th Combat Cargo Sqdn, 2nd CC Group in Syracuse (5/6/44-6/30/44). Lt.
