29navy Posted February 11, 2008 Share #1 Posted February 11, 2008 I had an inquiry about this ribbon. I haven't been able to locate it in any chart. Someone suggest that it is a manufacturer error of the WWII US Occupation Medal ribbon, since the colors are the same. Any help would be appreciated. Mr-X Posted February 11, 2008 Share #2 Posted February 11, 2008 I have been told it is the "Liberation of China Ribbon" but I have not checked the information myself. Check out this thread link to the Uniform that I have that shows this Ribbon. http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/ind...showtopic=15139

Rustykamel Posted February 13, 2008 Share #4 Posted February 13, 2008 Hi, Not going to be of much help except to say ribbon not mistake since I have one. The ribbons pictured weren't pinned to green blouse but kept in inside pocket. They belonged to my father but have no idea if he earned them. He had different ribbons (several duplicates of those pictured) actually pinned to blouse that he did earn. Best wishes, Jim
