German Made Embroidered Army Chevrons

I have several Chevrons in my collection that I have been told were made in Germany in the 1950s to 1960s. See Illustrations below. They are primarily from the 1951-1956 OD on Blue twill and the 1957 standard Army yellow on green twill sets. They all have black backing threads on the embroidery. Most chevrons from these sets have white backing threads

 

Would any one have information on these chevrons?

These are U.S. made, in the case of the Gold on Army Green, Black boobin threads where used in the early days of their manufacture, perhaps the OD on Blue are mid to late 50s made done around the time the new Specialist ranks came out, with them used Black bobbin thread on some of them as well.
