Sailors in Cuba, get some trigger time at a range with the Colt MG, keeping up the skills if need to fight on land in a landing party no doubt  exact date really unknown.

Interesting that second from left and center do not appear to have any petty officer or non-rated branch marks on shoulder or sleeves (center may have a right arm PO rating).  Would be common for non-rated to lack a shoulder mark?
