Slobo Posted December 31, 2025 #162 Posted December 31, 2025 Interesting that second from left and center do not appear to have any petty officer or non-rated branch marks on shoulder or sleeves (center may have a right arm PO rating). Would be common for non-rated to lack a shoulder mark?
