Austin R Posted August 18, 2012 Share #1 Posted August 18, 2012 I never intended to collect Woman's Services items, but I accumulated a few items in my 5 years of collecting. I thought I would share it.First is a grouping to a WAC in the Second Service Command. Olive A Brown enlisted in 1943 at the age of 49. My limited research leads me to believe that her son may have been, Kenneth W. Brown (1921-1944), was killed in New Guinea. (Would someone with an ancestry account be able to confirm this?)The Grouping consist of her uniform blouse, overcoat, and two overseas caps. Bob Hudson Posted August 19, 2012 Share #5 Posted August 19, 2012 I looked through the 1930 and 1940 census rolls and could not find a connection between Olivia and Kenneth.
