I'm not sure what the top left medal is. The bottom left is a West Indies Campaign, bottom center is the Sampson Medal, and the bottom right is a Philippine Campaign. It was in mint condition in the original frame . But the glass broke in shipping and scratched the image a bit. So I had to put it in another frame for display.
