Could be at the Mojave Anti-Aircraft Range, the place that would be renamed Camp Irwin, Mojave Anti-Aircraft Range opened sometime in 1940, or more likely Camp Merriam this place would be renamed Camp San Luis Obispo in the early in war, Camp Merriam, there was two of them apparently, one up at San Francisco opened in the Spanish American War, and this one located down south, opened in 1928 for the California NG and we imagine, the Reserves, the 91st Division in particular.
