viking73 Posted July 26, 2012 Share #1 Posted July 26, 2012 Hi, I just wanted to share some photos of my "new" M1905 bayonet that I recently picked up. I've got several 10" bayonets of this type (M1905E1, M-1) but this is the first M1905 un-cut 16" blade in my collection so I'm pretty pleased to have it. It still has the walnut grips - is this uncommon these days? It's in nice shape I think along with the M3 scabbard. -Derek

Tony V Posted July 27, 2012 Share #3 Posted July 27, 2012 Derek Congratulations on a very nice pickup  Nice addition to your collection indeed. Many I have seen this year has had the walnut grips and your scabbard looks to be in great shape also. Great find. Tony
DSchlagan Posted July 27, 2012 Share #4 Posted July 27, 2012 Derek, Appears to me like they paired a very nice original, and early, M1905 with a M3 scabbard; thereafter, left as unissued... Great find! Don.
