The serial number that I thought was a SSN is nine digits and begins with a 900 prefix. According to the Social Security Administration website no 900 prefix have been issued. Tags are in the following format: Last NameFirst Name, MI900000000APOSProtestant The tags came with a1968 penny on the chain and one tag has a buff colored tag protector where the owner could write in their eye glass information.
