"Republic of Vietnam Army Ranger" by Hieu Vu has good first person accounts by ARVN Rangers but is terribly edited and doesn't have a lot of info on advisors. There is some info on AATTV advising ARVN Rangers in "The Team" by Ian McNeill and "The Men who Persevered" by Bruce Davies/Gary McKay but it isn't much.
