All,

While at my parents house on leave, I purchased these on Saturday at a gunshow in Lakeland Florida:

These are full size, 3 inch wings, with gold applied US. They appear to be made of 800 silver, and are not marked. They are identical to number 31 in Duncan Campell's book. Even the spinners on the back are gold plated, and are larger than a dime. Needless to say, I was very happy to find these.

Very nice set of wings you found there Chris. I definately agree that once you see the attention to detail and craftsmanship on a genuine set of these early wings, you begin to be able to spot those crappy modern fakes a mile away. Great find.
