Thanks Erwin for the praise, but i'm not in that kind of career. I'm in the military myself and do this kind of art as a hobby.

He started as a Infantryman in 1938 and retired a MSgt in the USAAF in 1972.

He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

Yep, I wasn't either. I actually started using these as an economy measure. I figured that with the money I was saving on framing, I could buy a lot more items. After a while, I really started liking the results I was getting, and I never gave shadow box frames a second thought.

Your displays are beautiful and your images, well to say they are phenominal would sell them short. Nice Westinghouse, WWII helmet liner, used by a soldier of the 741st Ord Bn, 41st Infantry Division, California National Guard in the 50's.
