zepher11 Posted March 11, 2011 Share #327 Posted March 11, 2011 Just went through this entire thread form beginning to end. Very nice to see the changes and the awesome items you have in your collection. Something to admire and strive to achive. With all of the kids gone now, I want to start collecting WWII militaria. My wife has agreed that I can take over one of the spare rooms and make it into a display room. It's empty now, and will take quite awhile before I have anything of substance, but looking at the displays on this forum is a great incentive for me! Now, if I can only determine what I really want to collect... Thank you, JD
EllesBelles Posted April 23, 2011 Share #328 Posted April 23, 2011 Hi! You really have a fantastic collection, but I am particularly interested in 2nd Lt. Ralph G. Hodgson Jr and his crew because, the Navigator, 2nd Lt. Richard F Hackel, is my uncle. I have been researching his service during the war for several years, so this was very exciting to come across! Are the pics in this display of the actual crew? Do you have any additional information on this crew you may be able to share with me? Thanks! Ellen

ken88 Posted November 8, 2011 Share #334 Posted November 8, 2011 Hi Stephan, Me like what me sees! :w00t: A lot! Nice job! Now how do you clip all your items to make those stunning pictures of yours? Photoshop? I'm looking for an easy method to remove items from their background like you did in your pictures, but PS takes waayy too long and the result isn't perfect. Sorry for the off topic Nice collection! Cheers
