and here is a great occupation period Japanese made silk painting of a 1st Cav trooper along with Bill Ellis' record and a display I made with salvaged uniform parts.
and an updated shot of my 1st Cav books and publications. (Not including my collection of the Saber News)
Thanks for looking!
Man I love Vietnam dress greens. They stand out. Nice collection!
Some nice groupings.
Thanks guys. Ive always liked the Vietnam dress greens as well. I wish the Army hadn't chosen to get rid of them
Here's a nice little grouping I picked up to a long serving Cavalryman with a nice patch.
Some Korean War uniforms. The medic shirt has a Japanese made CMB.
I'm pretty proud of this one-a hardcover first edition of the 1st Cav WW2 history with an autograph from Major General Chase!
Japanese occupation scarf. The embroidery on the 8th Cav is awesome as well.
And this is a Korean made 7th Cavalry blouse I've had for a little while.
Very nice! I have always loved there patch.
Always wanting to buy things I can't afford

CHASEUSA do you have any WWII uniforms? I wouldn't mind seeing a couple...
I do have a few WW2 uniforms but unfortunately my collection is in storage right now. As soon as I get a chance Ill pull em out and take some pics.
Very nice and unusual items.
This Korean era material is very hard to find.
Especially at your level of sophistication.
It was a pleasure to view and thank you for the opportunity.
Now if I could just get Chase to buy the rest of my 1st Cavalry Division collection he would be the King of the 1st Cavalry Division Collectors.
