You are exactly correct about telling people before it is too late. I always tell my family and close friends that I love them before hanging up the phone. ..Kat . Thank you Kat, The last three years have been hard, my daughter should have been married three years ago but there have been two years of Coved restrictions and it's now in the third year that it's scheduled for two weeks time, three years ago we could have all had a family event. The care home my brother was in had numerous lock-downs when visitors were unable to enter the home due to either patients having Coved or the worry of visitors carrying Coved into the home, so it has been mainly telephone calls to my brother without any closeness. thank you Ken. ... BryanJ Posted October 7, 2022 Share #21987 Posted October 7, 2022 Ken. So sorry to hear about your brother. The hard part about growing older, is that all the family and friends that we ever had in our lives are also growing older at the same time, with many of them passing on. Keep your chin up, you now have a guardian angel who will love and watch over you from above.

Thank you, We are currently planning my daughters wedding ahead of a funeral for Barrie so things are up-beat presently, and the service for Barrie will come later. My daughters wedding has been held up for three years due to Covid restrictions so our celebrations have been delayed three years. We are hearing from a lot of people wishing to attend Barries funeral, he was well liked in his business and private life. regards Ken ..

Time is a healer, but I know how raw you must be feeling right now. Yes, a friendship lasts a lifetime, and you have a great memory! It was in a lovely patisserie in Tilly-sur-Seulles when we last met (all too briefly!). I am definitely over in 2014. I know it will be busy then, but I do hope we can rendezvous... In the meantime, I raise a glass to you and your brother. Cheers!

My friend just phoned the owner about an hour ago and he was told rather brusquely that it was NOT for sale, something about it was a family heirloom, strange as it's just left in the open, as you can see there's a large plastic sheet on the ground that blew off some time ago and never replaced . . . I think it's been stood there at least three years or more. Norman D. Landing, Forum Normandy Correspondent, October 04 2022. ... A familiar story unfortunately. Johan Willaert Posted October 8, 2022 Share #21999 Posted October 8, 2022 Sunny Saturday, so took the Jeep out for a ride... In Winter I keep the top up, so it doesn't shrink... Will take it off again in Spring... The top is a typical Ford type one, dark canvas edged in tan cotton, three piece top construction and re-inforced back flap...
