Pennsylvania National Guard, some of the older state guard patches used this design too. It has the Pennsylvania seal on it, also found on the state flag. Old Marine Posted April 7, 2012 Share #4 Posted April 7, 2012 That is the Pennsylvania National Guard HQ. The rest of the PA 28th Division wear the plain red keystone. That patch is still worn today, I have one in ACU. I think you are correct the patch was probably made in the early 60's but it could have been still been issued thru the 70's depending on how big a stock of them they had on hand. Nice patch.
