navy patches for Identification

Hi Everyone,

Picked these up today and have question on one,

1 is the Red Knights which is a Training unit and has velcro backing

2 looks like CARV or U 2 detect and direct not sure if its Navy or not feels stiff so i'm thinking modern as well.

Help is always appreciated .

I did a search for CARU 2 USN and all I came up with was Context Awareness RFID Middleware System for Ubiquitous. Has something to do with radio frequency identification but could not trace it to the US Navy for certain. This may be a contractor

patch or a CARU 2 systems patch.

This is a Radar patch, detect and direct is a common phrase for Naval radars (yes, I was a radarman once upon a time in my youth)

 

I'd really like to know what this one is...
