I've never seen a UDT shoulder patch with an upper rocker or tab. The wording UNDERWATER is normally embroidered just above Freddy the Frog so I'm guessing to make space for the yellow halo looking thing they were forced to add the tab. I have no idea what the halo looking thing represents but I did count 12 rays emanating from the circle and as this is a UDT 12 patch this might have some meaning. I'm stumped.
