Acting NCO Brassards

I have been collecting Acting NCO Brassards for several years and have five in my collection. I have the Corporal and Sergeant with WWII OD Felt stripes and Corporal and Sergeant with the 1953-Present gold on blue stripes. I also have a noncombat Sergeant stripe on an OG Canvas brassard.

I have researched the brassards using AR 670-5 from (1959) and AR 670-1 (2005). Both reference the Gold on blue chevrons sewn to a 4 inch by 18 inch strip of dark blue wool.

My question is were brassards authorized with chevron other than the OD Wool on Cark blue Wool and the current Gold on Blue. It seems likely that acting NCO Brassards would have followed the style of chevrons used by the Army between 1948 and 1953, when the Dress blue chevrons were adopted.

If my though process is correct, there would have been acting NCO Brassards made with the 1948-1951 two inch chevrons and the 1951 od embroidered and blue twill chevrons.

Does anyone have access to the following Army uniform regs:

SR 600-40-1, 22 June 1949, Uniforms (described male uniforms)

SR 600-60-1, 28 October 1951, Insignia

Uniform For Male Personnel (When to wear uniforms); SR 600-32-1, 11 April 1951

SR 600-60-1, 8 April 1953, Insignia.

If so, could they look up the paragraph covering acting NCO Brassards for me?
