For God and Country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace and security."

 

Below is an example of an American Legion Auxiliary Past President badge. It denotes two consecutive years of service (1938-1939, 1939-1940) for its recipient having only the machine engraved initials "H.N.R" on the reverse.

 

 

I have seen these types of examples bearing date bars and would be interested to see if anyone else out there has an example with them.
