Great photos! Having spent some time researching a NG unit on the Mexican border, I never get tired of seeing photos from '16. Unfortunately, the "Punitive Expedition" and the time spent by National Guard units on the border is "lost history" to the general public.

Thank you for those! Any more? As my grandfather (who received the DSC, Bronze, Croix d'Guerre and 2 PH)was in Mexico with Pershing. He lied about his age and was only 16 at the time. We have his Mexican Campaign Medal with the others. These photos put a whole new aspect to things!
