Officer girl shirt?

hi all! someone can help me? i'm not sure about this shirt ...it's for waac or it's a common officer shirt?

That is a man's shirt. You can determine this by the buttons being on the right side and by the size tags. Women's shirts / blouses have the buttons on the left side and use a different sizing method. That being said it does look like it was used by a woman. There may have been shortages and that was all she could get. It looks like the tail has been cut off, maybe in an attempt to fit her better.
