WWI CG and Westbrook Maine Medals

Recommended Posts

I bought these two medals at an estate sale when I was about 12 years old. I wish to this day that I had written down the name of the vet.

Sorry about the lousy pictures. The medal from Maine has the "seal of the city of Westbrook Maine" on the face, and "Presented by the people of the city of Westbrook Maine in grateful recognition of patriotic service in the world war 1917-1919" on the back. The Croix de guerre seems pretty standard.

Does anyone else have any City specific medals, from any era that they could post pictures of?
