I've had nothing but great service from them. The other options, UPS, FEDEX, don't get me started on those folks. Just had another big row with UPS recently about ANOTHER package that they supposedly tried to deliver x3 times, and returned it to sender. I was home x2 of those supposed attempts. Fugg'em.
