Brig Posted November 20, 2011 Share #1 Posted November 20, 2011 We've debated the rarity/scarce/common scale quite a bit...but I think it's safe to say this falls under the 'Rare' category. A beautiful, jeweler made officer Dress emblem with hand-stipled true half globe. My final pre-deployment pickup. The head was 'trenched' and turned forward, and reminds you of the later Meyers version. Sadly, the original rope is gone and replaced at some point. But a gem, nonetheless! teufelhunde.ret Posted November 21, 2011 Share #10 Posted November 21, 2011 This is quite a find! While similar in many respects to others we've seen, very unique in its own right... esp the way the eagles head is pointing outward. Congrat's!
