Mark Costa Posted October 28, 2011 Share #1 Posted October 28, 2011 If this has been covered before I apologize. I have noticed over the last few years that the female commanders of the 89th Airlift Wing stationed at Andrews Air Force Base outside of Washington, have been wearing the men's visor cap. Is this some new regulation that I missed somewhere along the line. I know that both General Maggie Woodward and now Col Jacqueline D. Van Ovost have both adopted the "tradition". Anyone have any info on this ?? Thank you. Mark Costa
