These look like military. By the looks of the card they might be from 1890's to 1910 ?? There are 3 cards in the one picture and a close up of one of the patches.

They sort of look like the kind of insignia for civilian or kid's clothing. And the " Naval Cadet Brand" name makes me think so too. Robert

Yep, sorry, not only NOT Navy, Not even military. Some applique stuff for kids clothes.
