help identify soldier

i have had the ssi, dog tags, and medal to a man for awhile im trying to figure out his rank im in the process of putting the patch on a period ike with his medal and a collar disc i also have of his and i would like to get period rank to put on it as well.

Been awhile getting info on this. CPL Baker served in Co H 391st infantry regiment 98th infantry DIV. He was awarded the GCM,ATO,PTO and the WW2 victory medals. He also earned the EIB. I will post pictures of the grouping when able.
