I say "WWII" style even though this is the "M-1950" model. It was made in May 1957 and when I saw it in the thrift store I did a double take as i always think of these as having been phased out not long after the Korean War. Olive-drab uniforms were phased out for officers in 1959 (except National Guard officers and warrant officers "when in formation with troops").
