teufelhunde.ret Posted August 9, 2011 #1 Posted August 9, 2011 Watched this thru auction period on ebay - finally sold at $406 on 8.6.2011 After a bit of search, I think it is attributed to VMB-614, but not sure of either unit or it orginating from the WW2 period? Any thoughts?
Johnny Signor Posted August 9, 2011 #2 Posted August 9, 2011 A similar version of this patch is in the Jeff Milstien WW-2 USMC patch book , they were a WW-2 unit Flying the Navy version of the B-25(PBJ) in the book version the bomb is falling behind the wings near the tail and the "dice" and title are not carried .
