I Hate Moths Posted July 26, 2011 Share #1 Posted July 26, 2011 These are letters written by Captain Thomas W Morrison and his wife Pauline. It certainly must have been a long war for both of them. I was lucky to meet Pauline before she passed away. I never knew Tom, but feel that he was an extraordinary man. After his war service he became a Captain with the Pittsburgh Fire department. 338thRCT Posted January 22, 2014 Share #25 Posted January 22, 2014 What a wonderful grouping. There are moments when I feel almost like an intruder when I read some of the letters from those who's life I have had the honor to look in to. But, it's good that folks like us are able to rescue these items from the literal trash can or the trash heap of human memory.
