I had no idea it was such a rarity; I was able to find this one on eBay. Amazing thread, I’m really enjoying learning about these caps! Parks This sewing together the edges of the flaps appear to be a somewhat common thing, done no doubt for garrison wear only, in below topic are South Korean worn examples, but it could conceivably of been done in other places Army Wide back then.
