craig_pickrall Posted June 15, 2011 Share #2 Posted June 15, 2011 It looks typical of hunting gear sold in the late 1940's thru the early 1960's. Can you lay it out flat and take photos of both sides plus any labels or markings?
pathfinder44 Posted June 15, 2011 Author Share #3 Posted June 15, 2011 Back just has belt loop. No markings at all.
elbertson Posted June 15, 2011 Share #4 Posted June 15, 2011 Is that paracord sewn into the belt somehow? The style of belt itself reminds me of the type that first aid pouches used to be sewn onto and were issued as forest service gear. I have one a bit similar to it that I got when I worked in the Forest Service.
artu44 Posted June 16, 2011 Share #5 Posted June 16, 2011 Hunting gear. Cord loops are provided to hang birds.
