Brig Posted September 8, 2012 #37 Posted September 8, 2012 Great topic, but I think it'll get more views from medal collectors in the medals forum...so moved it here! Would love to see a thread like this for other numbered awards of any branch
jmar Posted September 9, 2012 #38 Posted September 9, 2012 Hello everyone! Great thread started here by Luft and wonderful work by all those who have added to it  I'll be watching this thread regularly and saving each new list that comes out. I have several unattributed numbered USMC Expeditionary Medals (including M. No. 694), perhaps one of them will show up here some day! I did get to add one name: 6306 Mike E. Puskarich USMC, this is part of a group I have, and according to some early research he was entitled to 2 Expeditionary Medals; one for Canton, China and the other for Haiti. This hasn't been 100% confirmed yet so I didn't add that particular info to the list. My best wishes to all! Joe M.No. Name / notes 1 Roy L. USMCR79 Posted September 10, 2012 #41 Posted September 10, 2012 Robin - Maybe at this point we should list the medals that we have in our collections that are unattributable in the chance that they may match up with a group that some one else has. Bill
LuftStalg1 Posted September 10, 2012 Author #42 Posted September 10, 2012 Spelling correctiong for #3625 Ralph "H" Freeman. Thanks for catching that Bill! Regards, Mark P.S. I started this project as "Research for all to share in" and listed it as such to try and avoid the thread from being littered with non-productive post and discussions. So I guess we shall see how it does here in the "Medals" section, my fingers are crossed!
